You will see the following:

 

Step Two

Search for your company or yourself or anybody else for that matter. Use the Last or Business Name area: Hint! Use different combinations of your company name i.e. shortened version (The system will pull up all the companies that have that shortened version.). If a company has a symbol in its name such as "&" search without it or using the word "and". Incorporated may only show up as inc so only search "company name inc".  I am sure you get the point. 

Step Three

Select the appropriate listings that pertain to you or your company and also click on on the relationship tab: "What is your relationship to this property owner?"

The choices will most likely be the following.  Choose the appropriate one and go on the next step.

I am an Officer or official with authority to act on behalf of this business.
I am the reported property owner or have the owner's Power of Attorney.
I am the legal heir of the reported property owner.
I am the executor of the reported property owner's estate.
I am the trustee of the reported property owner.
I am a parent / legal custodian claiming for a minor child.
I am the guardian of a minor child or incapacitated person.

Click on "Select This Property" and then on Continue

Step Four

Print out the claims forms and the documentation forms.
 

Step Five

Provide the documentation they request to prove who you are, sign the claim form and submit it ASAP.

(If you do not have all the documentation they ask for, provide what you can and let them get back to you with either requests for alternate verification or they may send you the check anyway. Many times once they verify you by Social Security number or Employer ID Number, you are good to go but let them decide that.
 

Step Six

Go on about your everyday life until you receive a response from them. Generally it will be in the form of a check for what is due you.
